We answer within one business day — usually faster, because we check between turnovers. The chat bubble knows the product and will hand you to a human when it doesn’t.
SignInStay turns your guest WiFi into a guest list. Guests scan a QR card (or get a captive sign-in page), enter their name and email, and get online. Every guest is captured — not just the booker — matched to the reservation, with proof of consent.
No. The free plan's password-gate mode works with any router: the card links to a page, and the page reveals the WiFi password after sign-in. If you want guests forced to sign in before they get online today, use UniFi, Omada or any OpenWrt/GL.iNet router with our installer. The pre-configured $79 gateway box for Bell/Rogers/Deco/eero is coming soon — not shipping yet; ask support to be notified.
Free for one property (up to 100 contacts shown). Paid plans: Starter $9/property/month, Host $15/property/month, Property manager $12/property/month (10+ properties). Unlimited contacts on every plan, 30-day free trial, annual saves two months. Founding hosts: Host plan at $9/property for life, 50 seats.
Yes, done properly. CASL requires express consent for marketing email, so our marketing opt-in is a separate, unchecked checkbox that is never a condition of WiFi access, and every consent is logged with time, IP and the exact wording. That is the default.
Hospitable connects directly (verified — it is what we run ourselves). Any calendar — including Airbnb and Vrbo — syncs through an iCal feed, and there is a Zapier/webhook endpoint. Direct connections for Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify and Smoobu are in beta: built but still being verified with real accounts, so tell support if one misbehaves. Connect in Settings → Reservations source.
After signing in, guests see the network name and password with a copy button, plus "Add WiFi to iPhone" (installs a Wi-Fi profile so the phone joins automatically) or "Open Wi-Fi settings" on Android.
It is the same ten seconds as hotel WiFi, and the password is the reward. You control every word on the page, and you can make email optional.
Yes — Contacts → Export CSV, with filters for property, date range and opted-in only. Your list is yours on every plan.
A small OpenWrt device plugged into your router by Ethernet. It becomes the DNS server for the WiFi, so unknown devices are sent to the sign-in page before they get online — on your existing network name and password. The software is live today for any OpenWrt/GL.iNet router (one install command, then set your router's DNS to the box, IPv6 off, guest network off). The pre-configured $79 box we ship to you is coming soon.
Open the property in your dashboard and click "Print QR card". It is a 5×7 card sized for a frame or the fridge. Box-mode users also get an auto-join WiFi card.
